Jeremy Purkis - Director

Jeremy has 20 years’ experience of delivering board level permanent and interim assignments and set up Mallory Partners in 2010 to create a business that would combine experience, insight and instinct to deliver a service that was truly different. Jeremy works with clients across a range of sectors to deliver Board level assignments (both Executive and non-Executive) for clients as diverse as mid-market Private Equity Firms, world class educational institutions and global corporate businesses.

Martin Luise

Martin Luise - Director

Having built Executive Search businesses for owner managed businesses and quoted enterprises, Martin joined long-time collaborator Jeremy, at Mallory Partners, in 2013. He is an executive recruiter with over 22 years’ experience, delivering board level assignments across a range of sectors and disciplines and managing placements ranging from main Board roles (Executive and non-Executive) through to functional lead positions designed to help companies to grow.

Louise Quinlan

Louise Quinlan - Project Support Lead

Providing candidate research, selection and logistical support to the Mallory Partners team, Louise is the beating heart of the business. A qualified paralegal, Louise also has experience in marketing and event management. Prior to joining Mallory Partners in March 2017, she worked for companies as diverse as blue chip corporate consultancies like KPMG, legal practice and executive search firm GPP.
