The process I went through was a combination of face-to-face and telephone interviews but, now we’re working together to recruit for my team, it’s all being done virtually because of the current circumstances. Virtual recruitment involves a lot more trust, requiring recruiters to be very good at screening candidates - and I think Mallory Partners are. They are recruiting for some slightly less senior roles than they might normally do, but have brought the same approach and quality standards as if they were recruiting for c-suite executives. It’s really good having them on board. They are responsive, professional and easy to deal with and they represent you well.
