"This was my first experience of working with Mallory Partners and they were like no other recruitment agency I’ve worked with. I actually approached them about an entirely different role, but then Martin called me to discuss the role of Group Finance Director at Gradwell, a Chiltern Capital backed business - and it was perfect for me, despite the fact that my background was in family-owned businesses. It was a very tight turnaround, with the process concluding within two weeks and my first interview was no more than four days after the first call from Martin. Despite this, he prepared me extremely well. He is very hands-on and kept me well-informed and well-briefed throughout. I knew exactly what Chiltern Capital were looking for and how my experience would translate into the Gradwell business.

Martin just gets it. He clearly knows Chiltern Capital very well, he’s not pushy but he keeps things moving - and he really understands both sides of the recruitment process. I never felt in the dark, I had prompt and clear feedback throughout, as well as lots of briefings and general support to make sure I did my best. You can’t beat experience and I think Mallory Partners have plenty of it, together with a great approach to senior-level recruitment - and that’s what makes them so successful.
